Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged
- The product delivered is incorrect
- The product is missing items
- Product issues reported within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

- Face Wash
- Serums
- Soaps
- Beauty or skincare products
(unless the product is damaged on arrival)
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
- A replacement is not available
- The product is out of stock
- The order is cancelled before shipping
Refunds (if approved) will be processed through:
- Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JaazCash, or the original payment method.
